Turn off Text/Email Notifications
Email notifications by default are turned on. If you would like to turn off the notifications these steps walk you through to turn them off.
- Login to your Equip Account and click on your initials icon in the top right, click "Profile."
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page, click the pencil to edit notifications.
- Email is automatically selected. Uncheck the box to turn off the email notifications.
- It is recommended that you have SMS selected. If you wish to not have either selected, once you click save you will receive this pop up:
- Please verify this is what you are wanting. Click "Keep notifications off" to save.
