Cancel A Session


  1. Navigate to your Equip Account to login.
  2. Click either "View Schedule" or the "Schedule" icon at the top right.


  1. Find the session you would like to delete and click the 3 vertical dots on the right side

  1. Click the trash can to cancel the event.

  1. If this is a recurring session, it will ask you if you want to delete this session and all future sessions.

  1. To cancel only this day's session, click "Just this event." To cancel this day's session and all future session for this time, click "All future events."
  2. If it is not a recurring session, you will receive this message

  1. Click "Yes, cancel" to continue canceling the session.
  2. After you click "Yes," you will receiving a notification via email or SMS (or both depending on your notifications settings) confirming that the appointment has been canceled.
