Cancel A Session
- Navigate to your Equip Account to login.
- Click either "View Schedule" or the "Schedule" icon at the top right.
- Find the session you would like to delete and click the 3 vertical dots on the right side
- Click the trash can to cancel the event.
- If this is a recurring session, it will ask you if you want to delete this session and all future sessions.
- To cancel only this day's session, click "Just this event." To cancel this day's session and all future session for this time, click "All future events."
- If it is not a recurring session, you will receive this message
- Click "Yes, cancel" to continue canceling the session.
- After you click "Yes," you will receiving a notification via email or SMS (or both depending on your notifications settings) confirming that the appointment has been canceled.
